At a central street in Moschato, between the seafront in Neo Faliro and the cultural buildings in Pireos Avenue, near the emblematic Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre as well as the atmospheric Microlimano, we designed a five-storey multi-use building. The facility space program has been drafted with consideration to the identity of the area, the investment value and the diversity of the urban landscape.

On the Ground Floor we introduce a commercial space with a dedicated exterior area in front of the shop next to the street pavement and at the enclosed back of the building. Other floors above ground include apartments with parking spaces and storage rooms at the basement. These apartments are also suitable for offices, medical practices etc. On the top floors, apartments have an unobstructed view to Acropolis and the Lycabettus Hill as well as the sea.

According to the design, the building emerges as a newcomer to the scene, ready to engage in conversation with the adjacent buildings but at the same time ready to stand out among them. The interior of the apartments is characterized by modern aesthetics and elegance, as it fit the image of a contemporary metropolis.
